It is in the nature of our work to think months, years and even decades ahead. Every development and redevelopment forms part of a bigger vision to sustain London's position as one of the world's outstanding cities.

We do that by investing in people as much as buildings, supporting young talent in areas as diverse as planning and the arts. We also think carefully about the long-term legacy of our work and how it contributes to the continuing story of London. We are in the unusual position of managing most of the properties we own, giving us a close interest in the way they perform for our customers in the long term. Much of our work is about bringing spaces to life in new and imaginative ways, from summer sports screenings to Christmas fairs. A beautiful building is one thing, but our real goal is the creation of vibrant places that Londoners take to heart for years to come.
