Retail Portfolio appoints new Leasing Director
3 August 2010As part of its commitment to leading the retail property market and shaping the future of property, Land Securities Retail Portfolio announces the appointment of Gemma Pratt to the role of Leasing Director. Gemma, currently Head of Leasing at H&M, will be joining the team on 27 September 2010, reporting into Ronan Faherty, Commercial Director.
Gemma, a Chartered Surveyor, with 10 years experience in the property sector, has been responsible for the H&M UK and Ireland property portfolio for the last three years. Focused on the targeted delivery and asset management of new stores in high streets, shopping centres and more recently retail parks; Gemma has been responsible for defining the highly successful retail growth and location strategy for H&M.

During her three years at H&M, the business has seen record store openings year on year and her previous retail agency experience at both Blair Kirkman and Chesterton will provide an excellent resource to the Land Securities team.
