Arundel Great Court, WC2

Situated just south of the Strand, Arundel Great Court currently offers over 34,500 square metres of office space within easy reach of Covent Garden to one side and the river to the other. It also forms a key part of our longer-term vision for Midtown, whose identity is beginning to take root in the popular imagination.

For centuries, the area around the Strand, Holborn and Chancery Lane has been associated with the legal profession in particular. But things are already changing fast, led by our recent redevelopment of New Street Square. We see similar long-term potential for Arundel Great Court. The existing 1970s buildings have reached the end of their economic life, giving us the opportunity to revitalise this 1.3 hectare holding. Our aim is to create much more desirable new space, while restoring the traditional thoroughfares and improving the public realm, in keeping with the historic Strand conservation area.

In the meantime, Arundel Great Court has played host to London Fashion Week| and occupiers have taken advantage of attractive short-term pre-development leases in this prime central location.
