Eland House, SW1

Completed in 1995, Eland House was one of the first steps in our regeneration of Victoria that has been growing in momentum ever since. It spans over 23,500 square metres in the heart of Victoria, complementing nearby Portland House| and just down the road from our spectacular mixed-use development at Cardinal Place|. Since opening, it has been home to the Department of the Environment and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister.

Like all of our properties, Eland House is under continual review and we are considering imaginative options for improving the building and site. It's a sign of how fast things move that a property considered an example of environmental best practice for its time is now in need of a rethink. We'll be announcing fresh plans in the near future.
