One New Change lies at the heart of our City portfolio. It's also at the heart of our plans to bring new vitality and variety to this great part of London.

Designed by Jean Nouvel, one of the world's most celebrated modernist architects, this mixed-use development will offer approximately 31,000 square metres of prestigious office space and 20,000 square metres of shops, cafés and restaurants – restoring Cheapside to its rightful place as one of London's great commercial thoroughfares. It is playing the leading role in the transformation of the City into a seven-day shopping and leisure destination, as well as being the natural home for blue-chip businesses in an increasingly diverse range of sectors.

And what a home it is. At the top of the building, a new public roof terrace will offer views of St Paul's Cathedral that have never been seen before. Meanwhile, at ground level, the new pedestrian routes, which have been sensitively built into the design, will generate fresh activity and excitement throughout the area.
