We consider it part of our commitment to London to take the lead in challenging times. With work beginning in 2010, Wellington House represents one of London's first developments out of the ground since the beginning of the downturn.

It also represents a breakthrough for Land Securities. Wellington House is one of the first major examples. Created by John McAslan and Partners, it will contain 59 new homes, ranging from small studios to four-bed apartments.
