In response to the detailed planning applications submitted in September 2008, WCC elected to commission Environmental Resource Management (ERM) to undertake an independent review of the VTI2 Environmental Statement.

ERM have confirmed that the ES fully complies with the EIA regulations and provides WCC with sufficient and robust information to enable them to come to a considered and balanced decision, however they have requested a number of points of minor clarification. The following documents provide the requested information, together with a copy of the ERM draft report for reference.
